With a lifetime of experience in floral design, event styling, and venue management, Cheryl Norton brings artistry and expertise to every event at Mesa View Ranch. Her journey began in 1993 when she opened her first flower shop in La Jolla, later relocating to Aspen, where she worked alongside the region’s top florists and vendors on prestigious events like the Food & Wine Classic, Winter X Games, and lavish mountain weddings. After decades of curating breathtaking floral arrangements and designing unforgettable event spaces, she founded Aspen Events, blending her passion for luxury floral design, upscale event rentals, and destination celebrations.

Now, as the owner of Mesa View Ranch, Cheryl is thrilled to offer a venue that captures the beauty of the high desert while providing a sophisticated and customizable experience. Whether styling an elegant wedding or curating a grand gala, she ensures each event is seamlessly executed and visually stunning. Fun fact—Cheryl is also ordained and can officiate weddings upon request! When she’s not bringing dream events to life, she enjoys fishing with her family in Lake Geneva, hiking the Rocky Mountains with her daughters, wine tasting in Palisade with friends, or watching the sunset along the beaches of Seaside with her husband.
